“I’m in a position where I can help entry level people with their careers. I’ve been in the restaurant business since I was 13 years old, I’m 30 years in. Because of the dynamic of everyone being first timers, there’s the need for good mentors and helping people along a good path; making them stronger and better at what they do. I really elevate it, I challenge my teams to do even more than what’s asked. We go above and beyond because I want to create a better class manager. Just being here to help, guide, and make them stronger. That’s my favorite part about it. It’s building a stronger individual and making their career more successful.”
