Need a dish to pass but maybe you're not SO good in the kitchen? I got you.
Check out this tasty Spinach Artichoke Bread Pudding recipe using Jimmy John's Day Old Bread. It'll leave all your friends wondering when you went to culinary school. #goals
What to order:
2 loaves of Jimmy John's Day Old Bread (available everyday until it's gone!)
What you'll need at home:
14 oz can of artichokes
4 oz frozen spinach, dry
2 large eggs
8 oz Brie cheese
1 Tbsp butter
1 oz Parmesan cheese
1/2 C sour cream
1 C whole milk
Parsley, oregano, salt & pepper to taste
What to do:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a casserole dish. (9x9 is preferred, but I used a large dish and didn't mess anything up!)
In a large bowl, mix together the bread, spinach, artichokes & spices.
In a bowl, mix together milk, sour cream, & eggs until blended. Pour the egg custard (fancy eh?) over your bread mixture and toss it all together to combine. Mix in about 6 oz of the brie and the parmesan cheese!
Transfer the bread pudding to the casserole dish and place the remaining brie on the top sporadically. Cover the dish with foil and let it sit on the counter for about 30 minutes.
Bake covered for 45 minutes and then uncovered for about 10 minutes.
Let cool, then serve and devour!
