"Jimmy John’s definition of fresh is coming in at 6am every morning to bake fresh bread, slice fresh veggies that have just been delivered to the store, and slice our all natural meats and cheese. I get asked, “Why do you go to work so early, if lunch isn’t until noon?” I explain that we start the bread baking process as soon as I arrive and continue baking all day so that we serve bread that is less than four hours old. We also slice all produce, meats, and cheese everyday, and people are really surprised by that. That’s Jimmy Fresh!"
