"Jimmy John’s is all about the attention to detail. I’ve never worked for a company that cares so much about the little things. Every other job I’ve had, the culture was like, ‘eh, that’s okay’ or ‘that’ll be fine’. Other places do the bare minimum, but not Jimmy John’s. At JJ’s Certified Manager Training, I learned that if you take care of the small things, the big things will take care of themselves! That was an ah-ha moment for me because I’ve always been very organized and detail oriented, and want to do things the proper way every time. I took that message back to my team and I’m very proud that it has helped us meet JJ’s standards. It’s all about the small stuff.”
