Saints quarterback Drew Brees kept his team on track in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, and led the Saints to a 2010 Super Bowl championship. From the Super Bowl to JJ's Super Seal, Brees is jumping in as a Jimmy John's franchisee in New Orleans!
"It all starts with just really loving the product. I was exposed to Jimmy John's during my freshman year at Purdue. I ate there all the time and had it delivered to my dorm room all the time. I just loved the sandwiches. Honestly, I missed Jimmy John's so much from my time in the Midwest, and I thought that it was a great fit for what we were doing in New Orleans. The culinary arts is a big thing down here; there are the great restaurants and the great chefs; and so much of the culture is surrounded by food and dining. It's kind of neat to be part of that somewhat by owning my Jimmy John's franchise." - Drew Brees

I'm originally from New Orleans, I lived there for 18 years & I love New Orleans, the Saint's, & Drew Brees. We have the same favorite sandwich! My boyfriend got me hooks on JJ's, now New Orleans will be!

I've lived in New Orleans for all but 4 years of my life. I really wish people would stop mentioning Katrina in every article about New Orleans. However, I love Drew Brees and I love Jimmy John's. Now, is it actually in New Orleans... or is it in Metaire?

Awesome!! I work at a Jimmy John's in Nebraska but after having had the chance 2 live in Louisiana, I really want 2 move back ASAP...Maybe now I should just look into transferring 2 that store. I mean I love my job & I am a Saints fan :)

Drew I haven't spoken to you since you left Carmel Mountain Ranch in San Diego. I live in Salt Lake City now for work and I eat Jimmy John sandwiches constantly.
